The cleaning foam supplied in the starter kit is the only thing that should be used routinely. For soaking, an aligner cleaning tablet in cool water is fine.
Important: Never use hot or boiling water, dishwashers, microwaves or steam cleaners. Any of these will permanently deform the aligner.
Toothpaste. It is abrasive, scratches the aligner surface and makes it more visible.
Tip: For soaking, use an aligner cleaning tablet in cool water only.
