Standard delivery is a maximum of seven business days from TPx approval to arrival at the clinic. Book insert appointments eight to 10 business days after the date you expect to approve.
The seven days start when the treating clinician approves the treatment plan, not when the case is submitted. A plan sitting unapproved is the most common reason a delivery feels late.
Tip: Book insert appointments at least eight to 10 business days after your planned approval date. That buffer absorbs a slow approval or a courier delay without moving the patient.
