Welcome to the OneSmile Success Centre. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the OneSmile Success Centre, including its clinical reference materials, software guides, and related support services (collectively, the "Platform"), operated by OneSmile Pte Ltd.
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

1. Intended audience and acceptable use
The Platform is designed, developed, and intended exclusively for use by licensed dentists, orthodontists, and registered dental care professionals ("Users").
- Not for public use: This Platform is not intended for use by patients, consumers, or the general public.
- Verification: We reserve the right to verify your professional credentials and suspend or terminate access if we determine you are not a qualified dental professional.
- Lawful use: You agree to use the Platform only for lawful professional purposes and in compliance with all applicable healthcare regulations and data protection laws in your jurisdiction.
2. Clinical and medical disclaimer
OneSmile Pte Ltd provides software, technical guidance, and clinical reference materials within the OneSmile Success Centre. We do not provide medical or dental advice.
Nothing in this Success Centre replaces your own clinical judgement. You are solely responsible for deciding whether any technique, treatment plan or product application is appropriate for a given patient.
- Independent clinical judgement: The content on this Platform is for informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for formal clinical training or independent professional judgement. You are solely responsible for determining the appropriateness of any technique, treatment plan, or product application for your specific patients.
- Currency of information: While we strive to ensure all clinical protocols and product specifications are accurate at the time of publishing, dentistry and orthodontics are constantly evolving fields. Content is subject to change without notice, and we make no guarantees regarding its absolute current validity.
3. Language translations and authoritative text
To facilitate access for our global user base, portions of the OneSmile Success Centre or clinical guidelines may be translated into languages other than English using human or automated translation services.
- Convenience only: Translations are provided strictly as a convenience to Users. OneSmile Pte Ltd makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or clinical reliability of any translated content.
- Clinical nuance: Users acknowledge that complex dental and orthodontic terminology may not translate directly, and critical nuances may be lost or misrepresented in translated text.
- English version prevails: The English language version of this Platform and its content is the definitive and authoritative version. In the event of any conflict, discrepancy, or inconsistency between the English text and a translated version, the English version shall govern and prevail.
4. Account registration and security
If you are required to register an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are strictly responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use or security breach.
5. Intellectual property
All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, software, graphics, clinical guides, videos, and logos — is the exclusive property of OneSmile Pte Ltd or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your internal professional use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without express written consent.
6. Comprehensive limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ONESMILE PTE LTD DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.
- No warranties: The Platform and all associated content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
- Assumption of risk: The application of any information, technical guidance, or clinical protocols obtained from the Platform is done entirely at your own risk.
- Exclusion of damages: OneSmile Pte Ltd, its directors, employees, authors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages.
- Specific liability exclusions: This explicitly includes, without limitation, liability for adverse patient outcomes, injury, treatment failures, clinical errors resulting from translation misunderstandings, misdiagnoses, improper application of dental or orthodontic devices, loss of revenue, profit, business interruption, damage to professional reputation, or loss and corruption of data.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless OneSmile Pte Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
- Your clinical decisions, patient treatments, or medical malpractice claims related to your use of the Platform (including those arising from reliance on translated content).
- Your violation of these Terms.
- Your violation of any applicable laws, healthcare regulations, or third-party rights.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, for any reason, without notice or liability, including if we believe you have violated these Terms.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Singapore.
10. Modifications to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our platform or legal requirements. We will notify Users of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
