Medical and dental history, planned restorations such as veneers, implants or crowns, gingival health, SARME referrals, and anything else that could affect how the case is planned.
Your orthodontic goals. Tooth movements, final position preferences, IPR amounts, attachment preferences, and direct instructions for the planner.
Tip: The more specific you are in the Prescription, the fewer rounds of modification the case usually needs.
