Every OneSmile service now sits under a single domain, one-smile.com. The two former domains, onesmileglobal.com and onesmile.asia, have been retired and are no longer maintained.
Both retired domains may display an unavailable page or archived content. They are no longer maintained and should not be used.
Important: If a page looks out of date or a login fails, check the address bar first. An old bookmark is the most common cause.
A retired domain does not always fail cleanly. Depending on how the page was archived it may load and display outdated information rather than returning an error, which is more misleading than a straightforward failure. If any OneSmile page looks wrong or out of date, check the address bar before doing anything else.
Bookmarks live on individual machines and in individual browser profiles. One person updating their bookmark does not fix it for the practice. Ask everyone who touches the portal to check theirs, including any shared surgery computers.
